Expanding on the nascent branding of the original location on Great Jones Street in NoHo, Emerald Planet sought to create a prototype design in the reconstructed concourse of Rockefeller Center. The design was to reflect the restaurant’s ethos highlighting a fresh and natural approach while still being sophisticated in its flavors and presentation.

Located in the middle of the north concourse, this 1700-square foot space used natural woods, warm earth tones, and floral graphics to create a calm counterpoint to the brightly lit emporiums that populated the rest of the concourse.

• An accompanying juice bar was built in the subway concourse to the west.
