Back in the day when theme restaurants were thought of as a good thing, Planet Hollywood locations were being constructed around the world to the designs of Rockwell Group. Recruited out of the advertising industry to serve as Project Architect due to my long-term residency in Prague, I served as the Project Manager overseeing the production of the construction drawings and the project’s installation into a 13th Century building on one of the main pedestrian venues in the city center.

Working with a British management company and a Czech construction crew hired from the Barrandov film studios, PH Prague was expertly introduced into the historic building within the desired, but rarely met, 16-week construction schedule to critical acclaim.

It lasted less than a year before the space was taken over and converted into a casino.
